Protector From on High

Inspired by Psalm 27:1-3, 5. Written September 2005

The Lord is my light, my salvation
Why should I be afraid?
My fortress protecting me from danger
Even if I'm surrounded by many foes
No weapon formed against me shall prosper

The Lord will shelter me when trouble comes
Hiding me in His sactuary
I offer sacrifices with shouts of joy
To God, my protector from on high
